Terms & Conditions

Stone Mountain Retreat

By booking an appointment with Stone Mountain Retreat, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment for both clients and therapists.

1. Appointment Policy

  • All services are by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted.

  • A valid credit or debit card may be required to reserve your appointment.

  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate other clients.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.

  • No-shows will be charged in full and may be required to prepay for future appointments.

3. Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for completed services.

  • If you are unsatisfied with your session, please communicate this to your therapist during the appointment so adjustments can be made.

  • Prepaid packages and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Health & Safety

  • Clients must disclose any medical conditions, recent injuries, allergies, or illnesses prior to the session.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a client poses a health or safety risk to staff or others.

  • Clients exhibiting symptoms of contagious illness will be asked to reschedule.

5. Professional Conduct & Boundaries

  • Sexual behavior, innuendo, or solicitation of any kind will not be tolerated.

  • Any inappropriate comments, gestures, or actions will result in immediate termination of the session, full payment, and possible reporting to authorities.

  • Massage therapy at Stone Mountain Retreat is strictly professional and therapeutic.

6. Scope of Practice

  • Therapists at Stone Mountain Retreat do not diagnose illness, disease, or prescribe medication.

  • Services provided are not a substitute for medical care or mental health counseling.

7. Gift Cards & Promotions

  • Gift cards must be presented at the time of service.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.

  • Promotions and discounts may not be combined unless stated otherwise.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • All client information is kept strictly confidential.

  • Information will only be shared with written consent or as required by law.

By booking and receiving services at Stone Mountain Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
