Refund Policy
At Stone Mountain Retreat, your satisfaction and well-being are our top priority. However, due to the nature of our services, we have established the following refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness for both clients and therapists:
Service Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for completed services. Massage therapy is a personalized service, and time is reserved exclusively for you.
If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please communicate with your therapist during your session so we can make immediate adjustments.
Appointment Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations:
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service fee. -
No-Shows:
Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged the full session rate.
Repeat no-shows may be required to prepay for future bookings.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client.
The full service fee will still apply.
Prepaid Packages & Gift Certificates
Prepaid sessions, packages, and gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable.
They must be used within the time frame specified at the time of purchase.
Please Note:
Gift cards are therapist-specific and must be purchased directly through your chosen therapist’s link.
They are not transferable between therapists.
Be sure to select the correct link when purchasing—gift cards are only valid with the therapist they were purchased from.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Any attempt to dispute a valid charge for services rendered or to issue a chargeback without contacting us first may be considered fraudulent.
We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks with documentation, including:

Communication history
