Group Retreats

The retreats are designed to be relaxing and energizing , not rigorous.  Participants are expected to have a willingness to, at times, maintain silence at  during workshops, retreats and forest bathing sessions. A willingness to participate with an open heart in group activities is essential. 

Some meditation experience is valuable but not required, and beginners are welcome.  Nature based meditation instructions will be given.  Being in good health, able to sit and walk outdoors is needed for full participation. Having the necessary clothing and equipment to enjoy being outdoors in a variety of conditions will make you more comfortable. If you are not sure about any of this, please inquire.
